DICE Electronics LLC reserves the right to provide technical support and warranty service only on products purchased through Authorized DICE Electronics dealers.
We do this to insure you receive the highest level of customer support and integrity of our products. We can not be held responsible for online resellers who may be selling old, used, damaged or defective products or who may not have the most recent compatibility information posted on their page.
In order to protect you, the customer, we require all of our authorized online resellers to display our Authorized DICE Reseller logo on their website everywhere our product appears. This logo will be your assurance that you are purchasing a product from a reputable reseller that is fully supported by DICE Electronics.
DICE Electronics will be willing to provide limited verbal tech support for products purchased from unauthorized resellers. Any replacement parts must be purchased for the full retail price.
